You are right about the verification. But there is no notification system. I link the model account to all pages related to her so she can have some control (geoblocking, hide country/age info, delete snapshots...). But they don't get notifications when someone posts something about them. The only notification they can get is if they subscribe to the discussion about them. But for that, they don't need to get a verified account.
