My guess is that the studio is ok with this. These models get online, stay long enough to collect money from simps, and then log off. No reason to force them to stay online the whole shift if their simps tip everything they have to tip in 2 hours (just a random number). Simps can easily spend 8 hours daily in a chat room, but they don't tip during the whole time.
