If the girl you are asking about is the one from the picture above, then I think she has had a boob job. I believe that of all the four girls that I identified streaming on these accounts, only one had natural tits.
Edit: Just to say that I identified one more girl streaming on innocent_channel_show. However, it looks like a sporadic stream, and since this account is no longer in use, it is not particularly relevant.
