I'm not sure it's against LJ rules for models to request additional tips for certain things in privates, but it's the models choice. They don't have to do anything in private, if their demands aren't met. Just be happy you discussed it up front before taking her private. The only way you would ever get a refund is if you took someone private, asked them to do something and they said you need to tip for that, then you might be able to convince LJ to refund that private if you leave within 5 minutes of starting the private.
