No, I am not sure. That is why I said it "sounds like" because it resembles that and makes me think it may be from Streamate.

The noise what i heard is only the first 5 seconds of the audio file. The rest is a repeat of the first 5 seconds. The first 5 seconds is not edited. It sounded like that, multiple noises back to back

Are all the noises in the audio file coming from this unknown site? There are a few sites with "noise pollution", where any action makes noise. From the top of my head, Cams.com, Flirt 4 Free, and Chaturbate. But I would exclude Chaturbate because I don't remember hearing those noises on CB. I tried checking a few F4F rooms, but every girl I checked either had an empty room or had audio effects disabled.

What about the following "bell" sound? It was just a one time sound but i repeated it 3 times in this audio file
